- Assist project leaders on multiple concurrent projects while building project management and execution fundamentals.
- Help prepare and gather documentation for Management of Change (MOC) reviews at the sites, including updates to Process Safety Information (PSI).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering.
- Coursework, capstone, co-op, or internship experience in process automation, process control, instrumentation, or control system programming.
- Exposure to DCS or PLC platforms (such as Emerson DeltaV, Rockwell ControlLogix, or Siemens) and control programming; familiarity with AutoCAD or instrumentation design tools is a plus.

- Interest in learning process safety practices, including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA/HAZOP), Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) per IEC 61511/ISA-84.
- Familiarity with instrumentation, control panels, field wiring, or hands-on build and commissioning experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a challenging, diverse team environment in a respectful manner.
