Methods & Tools Quality Specialist in Atlanta, GA

At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85,000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

More Than a Job: A Mission

We are looking for a passionate Methods & Tools Quality Specialist who thrives on ensuring excellence in engineering processes and digital toolchains. You will collaborate with dedicated teams to design, implement, and optimize quality frameworks that drive reliability and innovation across Alstom’s global mobility projects.

Your Role, Your Impact

- Manage Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities: People (if applicable), Process & Performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tool performance with project requirements and standards.

- Ensure reliability and compliance of digital platforms through continuous monitoring and validation.

- Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards (e.g. Quality Control Plan) with industrial teams.

- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across global quality and engineering communities.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in quality or business related discipline, preferred.

- 2-5 years experience of quality management in an industrial environment, preferred.

- Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional communication and documentation excellence.

How Success Is Measured

- Achievement of quality and delivery milestones within project timelines.

- Effective collaboration and support across engineering and quality teams.

- Reduction in tool-related defects and measurable improvement in process efficiency.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

- Work with cutting-edge digital engineering tools shaping the future of mobility.

- Contribute to global projects with tangible local impact in Atlanta.

- Access continuous learning and career development through Alstom University and mentorship programs.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
