About this role

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way .

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

About this role

JLL is looking for a Platform Engineer to own the next phase of integration work across our Aravo supplier platform. Aravo is live globally supporting our Workplace Management business, and this role will lead the design and delivery of new integrations connecting Aravo to PeopleSoft, Trustpair, Ingenious, Omnea, Yardi, Avetta, and ISN, along with phase 2 of our Aravo-to-Corrigo integration for Certificates of Insurance.

Beyond integration delivery, this role will take on operational ownership of Trustpair on behalf of JLL Technology — managing change management processes, SOC audit response, and the relationship with Trustpair's business stakeholders. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that partners directly with stakeholders across Sourcing & Procurement, Finance, and Procurement to shape how our supplier and vendor systems work together.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Aravo and PeopleSoft, Trustpair, Ingenious, Omnea, Yardi, Avetta, and ISN.

- Deliver phase 2 of the Aravo-to-Corrigo integration for Certificates of Insurance.

- Own the technical design, data mapping, and validation logic for each integration, including error handling and reconciliation processes.

- Serve as the operational owner for Trustpair, managing change management processes, SOC compliance audit response, and the relationship with business stakeholders.

- Partner with stakeholders across Sourcing & Procurement, Finance, and Procurement to gather requirements and translate them into integration designs, balancing business needs against platform scope and maintainability.

- Ensure new integrations align with Aravo's configuration structure and data model, and with JLL's broader integration architecture and standards.

- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) team on integration architecture and design consistency.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and data discrepancies, coordinating with platform owners across connected systems on root cause and resolution.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, mapping specifications, and support runbooks.

- Build and execute test plans for integration changes tied to monthly Aravo releases and related system releases.

- Manage third-party resources supporting integration delivery or Trustpair administration, as needed.

- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) as part of day-to-day work — drafting documentation, analyzing integration data, and accelerating troubleshooting and design work.

- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement across the integration landscape.

Required Skills, Experience & Knowledge

- Real experience building and maintaining system-to-system integrations (API, file-based, or middleware) in an enterprise environment.

- Working knowledge of Aravo, PeopleSoft, Yardi, or similar procurement/AP-adjacent systems — prior hands-on exposure to any of these is a strong plus.

- Comfort operating within a formal change management process and familiarity with SOC audit expectations.

- Strong stakeholder management — this role sits between technical delivery and business/finance relationships, and needs to hold the line on scope when it's warranted.

- High attention to detail; mistakes here touch supplier payments and compliance data.

- Able to work independently across multiple concurrent integrations, escalating real gaps rather than needing day-to-day direction.

- Comfortable working with AI tools (Claude or similar) to support daily tasks — documentation, requirements analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Teams, Visio, Excel) and producing clear technical documentation.

- Real estate or procurement/sourcing background is a plus, not a requirement.
