About this role

Description

Are you excited by the challenge of building a competitive pricing strategy from the ground up? Amazon's EU Pricing team is looking for a Product Manager to help shape pricing across our recently launched European stores in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Ireland. In this role, you will use SQL and Excel to analyze pricing data, spot opportunities, and implement initiatives that improve price competitiveness for millions of customers. You'll work closely with Central Pricing and Operational teams across Europe, managing stakeholders and driving projects that directly influence how customers perceive value on Amazon. If you're a curious, analytical problem-solver who enjoys a collaborative environment, this is your chance to make a measurable impact on Amazon's European expansion.

Key job responsibilities
Analyze pricing performance data using SQL and Excel, identify root causes of gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve competitiveness across assigned expansion stores
Coordinate with Central Pricing, Operational teams, country managers, and category teams to align pricing strategies with local conditions and broader business objectives
Own and execute pricing improvement projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment through delivery, adapting approaches to each country's competitive environment
Define and refine product roadmaps for pricing initiatives, making transparent trade-offs on sequencing and timelines to maximize customer impact
Create and improve operational processes and documentation to ensure pricing mechanisms run reliably and can scale as stores grow

A day in the life
Early in the week you'll review pricing metrics and mechanisms, digging into data to confirm everything is performing as expected and resolving any issues that surface. As the week progresses, you'll shift to proactive work: scoping improvement projects, partnering with colleagues on the Central Pricing and Operational teams, and presenting recommendations to leadership. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, with support from your management line whenever you need it.

About the team
Our EU Pricing team is focused on earning customer trust by delivering consistently competitive prices across Amazon's European expansion stores. We combine data analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-country coordination to support both local and EU-wide initiatives. You'll join a collaborative group with access to experienced senior Pricing Product Managers across Europe who provide mentorship and guidance. As you grow, you'll build deep expertise in data analysis and price perception — skills that open doors to broader roles across Amazon's pricing organization.
