What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure efficient and timely service to customers.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to manage daily routing and dispatch activities.
- Monitor delivery status and respond proactively to changing operational needs.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment documentation, and system data.
- Support safe, productive operations by resolving issues and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready-mix concrete industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency with dispatch, routing, scheduling, or transportation management systems and related technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment to address operational challenges.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced operations environment supporting transportation, logistics, and customer delivery activities.
- Frequent communication with drivers, customers, plant personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
- Combination of desk-based administrative work and real-time operational coordination.
- May require flexibility to support business needs, including extended hours during peak operating periods.

- Competitive base salary: $42,620 - $50,080 ($20.49 - $24.08)
