##### Your Contribution
Support the successful delivery of studies procurement and contracting activities by coordinating sourcing events, administering contracts, maintaining commercial systems, and ensuring accurate, compliant commercial processes across the study portfolio in the Amercias and Africa.
##### As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Support the full procure-to-pay cycle including RFQs, RFPs, PRs, POs, and invoices.
- Assist with developing bid evaluations, commercial analysis, and contract award recommendations.
- Coordinate supplier communications, onboarding, and contract implementation activities.
- Support negotiations for low-risk, low-complexity contracting and procurement packages.
- Serve as an expert in critical Commercial systems including SAP, Ariba, Aconex, Fieldglass, and other approved systems.
- Review invoices, track payment progress, and support contract administration and closeout activities.
- Maintain commercial reports, dashboards, logs, and procurement metrics to improve portfolio-wide tracking and transparency.
- Serve as a key point of contact for system issues and escalations for our external contractors and consultants.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data quality.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
##### Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting procurement, contract administration, studies, capital projects, or industrial project environments.
- Foundational knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier engagement, and commercial processes.
- Experience with contract administration and commercial systems..
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Ariba, and Fieldglass.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
