As a Site Sustainability Manager at P&G’s Novomoskovsk plant, you will lead the development and execution of the site’s sustainability strategy, helping make our operations more resource-efficient and environmentally responsible. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Finance, and external partners to deliver ambitious goals in areas such as energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, emissions, and circularity. In this role, you will translate global P&G sustainability priorities into practical site initiatives, engage employees, and drive measurable improvements through data-based decision-making. You will have the opportunity to influence the future of a leading manufacturing site and contribute to products and processes that improve everyday lives around the world.

Responsibilities

- Own the site sustainability roadmap, including project prioritization, timelines, resource planning, and governance routines.
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of environmental and sustainability data in accordance with P&G standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and feasibility assessments for sustainability-related losses, including excessive energy and water consumption, waste generation, and process inefficiencies.
- Lead cross-functional implementation of improvement projects, including business cases, investment proposals, contractor coordination, and post-implementation verification of results.
- Prepare regular performance reviews, management presentations, and recommendations based on sustainability KPIs, audits, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Support internal and external audits, maintain relevant documentation, and ensure timely closure of identified actions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary 200,000 RUB gross
- Annual bonus
- Relocation and housing support — 22,000 RUB net per month in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk from more than 50 km away from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

- The job requires you to be based in Novomoskovsk (Tula region), or you should be ready to move there with the company’s support.
- An engineering degree or relevant higher education, recent graduates up to 3 years after graduation.
- Good command of English (Intermediate/B1 or higher level).
- Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week).
