Responsibilities:
- You will assist with processing outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documents (CMR, pickup slips, labels, etc.)
- You will handle the registration and management of package and freight shipments
- You will assist with the documentation and filing of logistics records
- You will coordinate package acceptance as well as truck deliveries and pickups
- You will assist with the management of the C warehouse
- You will help manage plant traffic and the gate system
Qualifications:
- You are enrolled at a university or college and are studying business administration or a related field
- You would like to gain new experience in the field of logistics or expand on your existing experience
- You have strong IT skills in MS Office 365 and SAP
- You are highly flexible and committed
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
- You will work on-site at the Bramsche location
