Job Description:

What are we looking for?

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Energy Engineering or a related field
- Experience operating and maintaining utility systems such as refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, boilers, or water treatment systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements

Nice to Have

- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
- Experience with CMMS, RCA, PM/PdM, or reliability improvement programs
- Professional certifications related to refrigeration, energy management, mechanical, or safety disciplines

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Operate, inspect, and maintain utility systems to ensure safe and reliable manufacturing support
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while driving equipment reliability improvements
- Troubleshoot utility equipment failures and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis methodologies
- Support energy optimization, compliance requirements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across utility systems
