QUALITY ENGINEER

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry as Quality Engineer

Skills and Competencies:

- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.)

- Data analysis and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a team and under pressure

- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Core Tools, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC

- Experience with SAP and customer portals

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- English proficiency (approximately 70% reading, writing, and comprehension)

- Knowledge of quality software (Minitab, etc.)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products

- Coordinate quality audits and follow up on non-conformities

- Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions

- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality

- Train personnel on quality procedures and standards
